User manual:
Surface to be painted must be clean and dry, free of grease or impurities. Wall moisture is one of the most common causes of paint damage. After thorough surface treatment, prime one coat of Hi-Sealer 2001 for good effect and alkali resistance.

- Drying time: dry face 30 minutes.

– Completely dry: 2 hours at 300C.

Transition time between 2 coats of paint: at least 2 hours.
